Gingerbread House!

This week Matt was out of town and it was a looooooong week for me :) So the boys and I filled our week with as much as possible. We made it to the zoo, had dinner at a friend's house, made two trips to Target, and also made a gingerbread house. Before I could even start putting the gingerbread house together Maximo had taken a bite of the gingerbread and the tree.

And here he is with his mouth full of gingerbread!

Maxi wanted no part in the decorating only in the eating. Athen was so involved in the decorating process and even wanted to put a cross on the front of the house.

It was all I could do to get them to sit still for a picture after we were finished but here they are!

We also made a Christmas chain to countdown the days until Jesus' birthday! I had the boys color plain white paper and then we cut it into strips. While we were coloring, Maxi got down from the table and took a piece of paper and a marker to Tytan. It was so sweet, and just melted my heart!
