Downtown Disney

This morning we woke up and decided to be spontaneous! We took the boys to Downtown Disney (not Disney World, we aren't that spontaneous). It was just the area where you can shop for Disney stuff. The kids loved it! They had a Lego store and also other stores that have all the Disney characters. Here is a family photo of us in front of Woody at the Lego store.

The boys are way into the little lego figurines. They had an area where you can make your own figurines and Maximo was in awe. He didn't want to leave. His favorite thing is the little heads and they had a bowl full of them and he just couldn't get over it. He kept going over to it then coming back to me and pointing.

But the highlight of the trip and the reason we went was for the Cars cars. We told them that we would buy them one present while we were there, and we walked into this really cool Cars-themed store and the boys found their presents. Both Athen and Maximo "made" a Cars car. Athen picked out Finn McMissile and Maximo picked out Francesco. Athen customized his with whitewall tires and put a motor in his. He was so into building it.
