Matt is Home!

Matt came home almost a week ago and it has been such a great week! We have went to the pool, to the beach, out to dinner, and hung out around the house playing cars and legos. The boys are in heaven having him home. He flew at midnight on Thursday. I gave Athen the option of coming with me to the airport or being surprised. He chose to be surprised. So I went up to the airport and met a few of his office mates and we welcomed him home. The next morning Maximo was the first to wake up. He came in
Our room around 5 and I took him to potty and he laid down in bed and slept until about 6:30. He woke up and I told him I had a surprise for him. Matt said good morning to him and Maximo leaped onto him and his little body melted into Matt. He was not letting go and we both were crying. After a few minutes Matt asked him to look up at him and Maxi just touched Matt's face. The three of us came downstairs and about 20 minutes later Ty woke up. I went up and got him and brought him downstairs. He sat on my lap for about a minute then he walked over to Matt touched his face and then sat down in his lap. Every few seconds he would look up at him. It was so sweet. Then about 20 minutes later Athen came walking downstairs. I told him I had a surprise for him and before I could even say it he said Daddy's home! He gave Matt the biggest and sweetest hug. It was by far one of the best mornings of my life :).
