Car Wash

The lovebugs have been out of control the last two weeks. I have had to wash my car a lot and Ty is usually helping me. This week he climbed completely in the bucket. A few seconds later he told me he had to pee. I took off his clothes and showed him a bush to pee in and he peed. He was so proud of himself. So we keep washing the car, him in the nude, I look over a few minutes later and he is next to the bush (he just peed on) and is in a full squat pooping! I cracked up. I couldn't really be mad at him because honestly he didn't know any different.

Disney, one last time!

Wednesday we decided to finish off our Disney passes and hit up Magic Kingdom. It was the perfect day! The park was not that busy and the longest we waited for a ride was 10 minutes. The boys had a blast and we made it until 6pm, which is a late might at Disney for us! Here are some pics of our fun :)

(A little disclaimer...With Ty in the midst of potty training, he runs around without undies on most of the time we are home.) He is doing great and hasn't had any accidents for five days. He is also dry through the night! It helps that in his little mind he thinks he is at least 5. He wants to do everything his older brothers do. He joins in with everything they play but his favorite thing is Legos. He will not be left out and potty breaks are included :). Here are some pics of us hanging out the last few days.

Outgoing Package

My lil Ty has been a handful lately...when he climbed into the package boxes at the mailboxes I briefly thought about shipping him to
Ohio or Colorado :).
He also refuses to get out of the bathtub and will late flat in the bath long after the water is gone!

Mothers Day Tea

Athen had a Mothers Day Tea at school today. It was really sweet with lots of fun songs and even some in sign language. Athen insisted on wearing his handsome truck shirt! He looked so cute and I love his sweet little smiles for me while he sings. Hard to believe this little guy will start kindergarten next year. Here are a few pics of the festivities.

How does this happen?

Antigua

So his past week Matt and I took an Air Force hop to Antigua. We have been wanting to go since we moved here but with all the little guys we couldn't make it work. Matt's parents came for her spring break and offered to watch the boys for us. We left at 0800 Monday morning to see if we were going to make the flight and by 0830we were confirmed. The flight left at 1200 and was two and a half hours. Once we got to our hotel we found out they had no more one bedrooms so they put us in the two bedroom cottage. We got so lucky because the beach was 20 yards from our room. The first night we went out on the town for dinner and the second day we didn't leave the beach. The hotel had a restaurant right on the beach and we ate their the rest of he time. We had to leave on Wednesday and it was hard for us to go! Here are pictures of our super fun getaway.

Reading

Athen can "read" several books. Most he has memorized but he is slowly learning to sound out the words and really read. We got a series of books from the library called Bob books and he has read the first twelve by himself, which has given him the confidence of to try reading everything. I am so proud of him. I am more happy that he is able to read to his brothers and give us a little break :)

I took my littles to an Easter egg hunt this week while Athen was in school. Once Ty figured out there was candy in the eggs he was the best hunter there that is until he found the dirt pile...here are some pictures of the action.
